Recruitment Process at Mindsquared

Submit an application

Please select the position you are interested in from the Job Openings section and fill out your application. Please submit both your resume and cover letter.

Application confirmation

You will receive an automated email confirming your registration for the selection process.

First round of interviews

If your qualifications and profile match the position requirements, an HR colleague will reach out to schedule an in-person metting at our Bořislavka office or an initial online meeting.

Occaasionally, we might reach out to you by phone to clarify any details that were not clear from your application. During the interview, we will discuss your professional background, relevant skills, and personal attributes related to the role. The hiring manager and an HR representative typically participate in the first rounds of interviews.

Second round of interviews

The most common next step is an interview with the manager, if they were not already present in the initial round. Additionally, we may arrange an informal meeting with potential future team members. In some cases, you might be asked to complete a case study or demostrate your skills through a practical assessment.

Assessment centers and video questionnaires are not common practice; we prefer one-on-one meetings.

Offer

If both parties are interested, we will extend a formal offer. Upon acceptance, we will agree on a start date and prepare everything needed for your successful onboarding at Mindsquared.

Communication with candidates

We value the time and interest of our candidates, which is why we make it a priority to respond to every application we recieve for one of our job openings.

Throughout the selection process, we guarantee transparent communication and provide a response to every candidate that expresses interest in joining our company.
