We currently seek a driven and talented individual to join our Social Ads teams and manage social ads campaigns for our clients. The ideal candidate should have:
Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and capacity to responsibly manage independent work
Strong organizational skills for both personal tasks and professional projects
Proficiency in multitasking, i.e., effectively juggling multiple responsibilities at once
Enthusiasm for analyzing campaigns, formulating recommendations and hypotheses
Proactive approach to problem solving
Native-level proficiency in Czech
Strong skills in Excel and competence in PowerPoint
Dispositions to thrive in collaborative environments
Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus
Intermediate knowledge of Meta Business Manager
Familiarity with advertising tools on TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn is an advantage
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Paid Social Media
What you will do day-to-day:
Directly communicate with clients and internal teams, presenting and defending achieved results.
Responsibly manage your own time and assigned projects.
Focus on personal growth and skill development.
Assume accountability for appropriate setups of campaigns and effective budget allocations, ensuring efficiency for both clients and the agency.
Develop communications skills and self-presentation, build and maintain partnerships with clients and other departments.
Gain deeper knowledge and skills in advertising interfaces and other supportive systems (Analytics, Supermetrics, etc.) .
