What Will Your Responsibilities Be?
Ensure smooth functioning of the reception
Coordinate repairs and requests pertaining to building maintenance, liaise with building management for any issues
Help with organizing meetings (both internal and with clients), manage meeting room reservations and bookings, assist with operating presentation and audio equipment
In terms of administrative work, besides managing email and phone communications, support our Back Office – ensure the availability of office supplies, arrange postal shipments, coordinate with couriers, and occasionally assist colleagues or visitors with ordering taxi services
Take care of visitors – prepare refreshments before meetings, generate Wi-Fi access, and organize parking at our Bořislavka office
What We Expect from You:
Completed secondary education
Pleasant demeanor and professional approach
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office at a user level
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
