Join Our Team as a Front Office Assistant at Mindsquared! 

What Will Your Responsibilities Be? 

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the reception 

  • Coordinate repairs and requests pertaining to building maintenance, liaise with building management for any issues 

  • Help with organizing meetings (both internal and with clients), manage meeting room reservations and bookings, assist with operating presentation and audio equipment 

  • In terms of administrative work, besides managing email and phone communications, support our Back Office – ensure the availability of office supplies, arrange postal shipments, coordinate with couriers, and occasionally assist colleagues or visitors with ordering taxi services 

  • Take care of visitors – prepare refreshments before meetings, generate Wi-Fi access, and organize parking at our Bořislavka office  

 

What We Expect from You: 

  • Completed secondary education 

  • Pleasant demeanor and professional approach 

  • Strong communication and organizational skills 

  • Proficiency with MS Office at a user level 

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team 

  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
